Our Company, JB LED Lighting, provides Repair & Maintenance Service when our customers want to repair or maintain their signs.
JB LED Lighting provides the Repair & Maintenance Service for signs whether we manufacture and install your signage or not. JB LED Lighting just charge the normal material price, normal labor fee and travel charge.
1 Year Warranty
Our Company basically provides 1 years warranty for free. Which means no more replacing bulbs every time the ballast burns them out, all of our work is covered by a 1 year warranty. It means the warranty that for the product we install will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year. 1 year warranty is included in each cost like the materials, labor fee, etc.
If the defects or problems are from the customer, it is not included in the warranty. For the warranty states that if you have a manufacturing issue with the product we can provide a replacement in exchange for the defect.
3 year warranty and a 5 year warranty
We also offer a 3 year warranty and a 5 year warranty to give our customers the best peace of mind when it comes to upgrading their new lights. You can purchase this option if you want an extended warranty. These warranty entails that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years. If this product does not conform to the warranty, Our Company will send you, a replacement or refund your original purchase price upon receipt of the returned product, register receipt and proof of purchase. 3 year or 5 year warranty is including every cost like the materials, labor fee, etc.
